Refunds & Cancellations
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 7 days in advance of the booking date.
No refunds are available for no-shows, or any time after your booking date.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
